Hi I'm Seven,

the heart and soul behind  7above7below - a space for healing, transformation, and sacred support through all of life's thresholds. I walk the path of a life, loss, and birth doula, offering presence and guidance in moments where the veil is thin - when life begins, ends, or changes form.

My work is rooted in the belief that birth, death, grief, and rebirth are not medical events - they are sacred, ancestral rites of passage. Whether you are preparing to bring life into the world, saying goodbye to a loved one, or navigating a personal transformation, I hold space with deep reverence, ceremony, and care. 

I blend traditional doula support with spiritual and ceremonial medicine, including energy work, ancestral connection, flower baths, plant medicines (Kambo, Bufo· in legal locations), and guided ritual. My offerings are intuitive, intentional, and grounded in love - always honoring your path, your lineage, and your sovereignty. This work found me through my own healing through loss, awakening, and the remembering of who I truly am. I now walk beside others through their own thresholds, helping them feel held, seen, and deeply connected to their power.
